Generally, I carry my crew in cases and then take them out for photos, but the reactions I've gotten while taking them has always been really positive!

A couple of my crew do seem to be the designated adventurers, though...

Here's my sister's 27cm Obitsu Clara relaxing outside for the Junky Spot Black and Purple Pic Spam Contest.

This was in our backyard and all the purple flowers were actually weeds! :o lol
And I think that's it for outside photos of my dolls... we need to rectify this situation

Re; OkamiKodomo
Holy hell :O I can't believe you guys managed to get so many dolls in one tree! That's amazing!!

Re; kiki-chan78
Those photos are awesome!! I love your little Omi (and actually, I went to your blog Acrylic Eyes to see more photos :D Your Omi got me interested in possibly getting an Obitsu in the future, lol. The doll list keeps getting longer...). Btw, is Omi from the Weiss Kreuz character? He looks a lot like that Omi, and I recall somewhere you mentioned your little guy enjoying throwing darts around O__o;;

Re; embyquinn
Aw, thank you!! Hisui's first dollie admirer, he's turning red over here :3

Re; Yanagi-sen
Versailles Palace!! Omg, I so want to go there someday *o* And speaking of Weiss Kreuz, your Nagi wouldn't happen to also be inspired from that series would he??

Re; Iwa_Hoshi
I'm in the process of looking for a carrier case for Hisui now. I'm kind of kicking myself that I didn't get one from Dollmore along with the doll's purchase >__< My Taeyang can fit in a regular bag, but Hisui's way too large, even if he's sitting, so I'll have to make a trip to the bag shop for him...

Switch looks so cool! You've got some really brave and adventurous dolls O__O

It's all Kiki's fault. We've been into WK for a LONG time. She got Omi... then she had Erik (her version of Schuldig), after carrying his resin butt around for the whole time I was visiting, I told her she was evil, I needed a Nagi. ^____^

So yes, that IS Tsukiyono Omi (sort of) and yes mine is Naoe Nagi. Nagi is my all-time, absolute, FAVORITE anime character. Kiki's long red-head is Erik/Schu, NekoSandy had a Yohji (not sure if she still has him or not) and another friend of ours has a Farfarello.

Versailles... I went as a chaperone for a school international club trip. Momiji (as in Sohma Momiji from Fruits Basket) came along for the ride and I tried to get interesting pictures of him at the various places we went. The one problem with the Versailles stop... you can't carry a bag larger than a purse on the tour, so we had to leave backpacks on the bus. Those two pounds of resin start to get REALLY heavy after several hours!!!!

Jejeje, actually by now any resemblance Omi has to his 'WK' counter part is very little. He's got a penchant for tossing darts, wearing red sneakers, owns (and adores his) three working crossbows, and somewhere in my box of dollieh-stuff there is a set of goggles with green lenses... and that is about all the similarities left. He kept the name (and ONLY the first name), the looks and tossed the sweet natured personality out the window at speeds so high they threatened to create a sonic boom.

Oh yeah, and he's short. Really short. Shorter than the stock 50cm obitsu body, and he STARTED out as a 60cm. Omi has never really forgiven me for the shortening.

I finally gave up in trying to force him into being something that he had no intention of being... and let my little darling be the violent brat that we know and love. ^.~

I actually TRIED a SECOND time at getting/making a 'WK Omi'... and failed miserably, again. That experiment landed me with 'Mamoru'. Which is okay, because they're both cute.

Of course, we can't get away without a shot (or two) of Omi and his crossbows:

Erik is another case of 'started AS, but then did his own thing'. He honestly was the upgrade for Seiki. Then turned into his brother. It sort of snowballed from there. -_-;;;

Psycho Omi's pretty cute too! I always thought the kid was too sweet in the show given his background, lol. And the Yohji is mega-hot *O*

Re; Opalwhisker
Oh what a darling! She's the cutest little thing :3 Did you make the outfit yourself? It seems to suit her perfectly <3~

I loved how easy it was to balance my Obitsu/Little Pullip hybrid Johanna on the rocks in my boyfriends' parents' back yard. My boyfriend's father kept threatening to "turn them on", LOL - they're actually a fountain :lol:

Ok! So yesterday I took advantage of the nice weather and headed out with Hisui to the Nagasaki port for some photos.

Along the way, I was chatted to by a French painter now living in Japan, a nice older lady by the port, and a sales clerk in the shopping centre when we went for some shopping after the photos. Excellent way for me to practice my Japanese I find, Hisui makes for great conversation starters, lol. We got stared at and whispered about, usually with some amusement, especially when I would stop to pose him for photos. Sometimes people would actually stop and watch me. The most amusing time was when I was talking to the French painter thus 1) I had this giant doll with me and 2) we were chatting away in English so it got us even double the attention, and this one girl walking past was so busy watching us she didn't see another lady coming from the opposite direction (who was texting on her cell, so she also wasn't watching where she was going) and the two crashed head on. I tried really hard not to laugh, but I guess we did make quite a sight.

Anyway! Onto the photo~s! (Oh, and I did have Hisui's carrier bag with me but it was more fun to just hold him, easier to stop and take photos too I found.)

Near my apartment there's a river with a bridge that's supposedly old and famous called Megane Bashi (Spectacles bridge) which you can see on the left side of this photo. Along the river is really nice with flowers, trees, benches, (ice cream vendors :3).
