I agree with the premise that children should be given both dolls and cars/trucks to play with in order for them to develop a strong imagination. I think its time for us to grow out of this antiquated thinking that dolls are for girls and tractors are for boys. But some people nonetheless will find it odd that a boy should play with a doll, maybe perhaps even a bit creepy. However, even GI Joe is a doll but no one thinks that is strange because he is a stereotype teaching boys to be tough. Thoughts?
