Without actually seeing your work, we can't really help identify why you might not be getting the kind of feedback you are looking for.

Thanks, I would like to work the idea further. If anyone wants a more detailed breakdown of the outfits for dolls or cosplay let me know. It would be great to see them fleshed out. The best I can do at the moment is 8's chatelaine, since 8 doesn't believe in pockets, but I have to wait for the TARDIS key and seal of Rassilon to come in.

Yes, its entirely possible. In fact, its a wonder that it hasn't happened yet. In The Doctor's Wife episode we learn of a time lord called the Corsair (who was actually discussed in many older episodes) who could regenerate into a a female. So, its plausible that a time lord could regenerate into a different sex at some point in time. http://tardis.wikia.com/wiki/The_Corsair
But I digress, I was reviewing Dollykims distaff doctors, and I believe the first distaff doctor reminds me of an old librarian I used to have in middle school. Her name was Mrs. Handly, man was she mean! I really love the look you gave her, pursed lips and all! Lol.

I have one adventure with 1 and mean is quite possible. What I wonder is if for the sake of the species would The Doctor of The Master regenerate as female? I think a female Master would have the most possibilities especially in awakening that certain part of The Doctor. Someone more Whovian than I work that out, I've just barely opened the TARDIS door then discovered the McGanns had an album and got side tracked.

Another option for 1 if she's more physically active would be a bicycle suit. As long as she could be mistaken for Edwardian. A Suffragette ribbon would be a nice touch too. Bah, I'll have to work out color sketches with more details.
