Here's some of the stuff I've made since December(hence the doll stockings in the corner). :) All hand sewn.

I'll get pictures of my dolls wearing them soon(hopefully).

I'm tentatively exploring the possibility of a BJD for my ceramics final next quarter. I'm not sure I want to put that much effort into it, but Aisling could finally get her cat if I did.

Melanie Safka in her younger days...and I wonder, as I sit here listening to a monster stack of Melanie albums, if a Haruka 60cm head would work for a Melanie look-alike.

or maybe a Megu?

I think some of my dolls want to come and live at your house. :D You make better clothes than I do, laugh. I'm working on it but I'm envious. Those are nice.

Megu seems closer, already has that faint smile (ok granted I'm looking at mine and the person's pic)

Well, I had thought about getting a Hujoo kitty boy but the squirrel I'm stuck with as a totem has told me to go forward with the big hole beads idea I've been muddling over. And it brought friends.

There's at least four project ideas in these beads, five if I count the pony key pendant for my sister. Three are Wiggles based (I was shown them for a reason) and there will end up being enough to make a Pink Ribbon bracelet. I'll be mixing in some other big hole charms and beads I bought loose.

Now it's the waiting for them to get here that I can't stand. Pics when the pieces are done.

I vote for the Megu also. And so long since I've heard Melanie! Now I'm longing for my hippy days. :)

I've been busy recording all of the Melanie albums that my husband and I have. lol! I stayed up until 4 this morning recording. lol! Of all the artists that I admire, Melanie is one of them. She's funny, quirky, serious, sad, melancholy, ironic...and a great song writer/poet. We used to have one of her albums on CD where she had her kids playing and singing with her. It was an amazing album. She's even going to have a concert in Chicago (the Mayne Theater) on my birthday but hubby nixed the idea of going just because it's Chicago.

What's wrong with it being in Chicago? Too far away?
