Our drain line is blocked again..... obviously whatever the plumber did the last time was not a permanent solution.
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@

Is it local or a main line because if it's just the sink I've seen drain cleaner/clog grabber products. Too much starch in the garbage disposal can do it too. Once a good plumber snaked out all the stuff the last tenants had shoved down the line here we've done fine. The last house had tree roots messing things up.

Apparently there's actually a broken pipe near the curb, which is not actually on our property. The plumber told my mother to call the city sewer maintenance (or something) about getting it fixed.

I'm out of town this weekend for a girls' night. We stopped by a Tuesday's Morning and I found these cuties. I was a little bit sad that I didn't have the money with to get one. I loved the Dumbo one.

Hoping this doesn't turn in to a suck but it's why I use tracking numbers on everything I sell on line. Got 2 Emails about a package, the first one I can see where I might have missed a number in the tracking, second time I copied and pasted the number. Says it was delivered yesterday and I did a screen capture of who UPS delivered it to as well.

The first Rule of Acquisition- once you have their money you never give it back. I only amend that if I run out of stock or it gets eaten by the dog.

Ugh... Two weeks away from the flat - come back to discover:
1) None of the faults (one of which is not minor, and if it does get worse will result in a flooded kitchen at the very least) have been reported let alone fixed
2) They've turned the microwave into a biohazard

WTF??? Ugh until now I'd thought my flatmates were pleasant people!
So I've reported all of the faults I know about, unplugged the microwave, and dumped the turntable into the sink as a Hint! *Clean Up!* Hint!

Yeah roommates. Two sets of roommates ago(and the most successful living situation) we had a passive aggressive "cleaning fairies" post it system. It usually went like "the dishes fairy is deeply saddened by the dish of mac n cheese that is still in the sink", "The coffee pot fairy is upset that she's not being properly cleaned and will become moldy if this continues", "The bathroom fairy is going to shank a bitch if whoever trimmed their hair doesn't go vaccuum properly in there", "The our-walls-are-really-thin fairy would like to remind everyone that our walls are really thin and that if you don't want to everyone to know what's going on in there you should keep it down." Everyone always knew exactly who was upset by what and yes, the post its were super irritating when they were directed at you, but it avoided direct confrontations which only turned into fights and the problems usually were fixed. Except for the thin walls. That one girl just really didn't care.
