I noticed a few mailer daemons and links to diet websites in my parents email. So I just checked and I got an email alert. I went through all my accounts changed my passwords and put a seal on my yahoo.

Password are hardest to hack when they contain not only special characters but are phrases instead of words.

Like:

!ISnortDolliehLiekCandy+@%

Yeah I figured so I tried something different.

Although I have to admit I tried something similar, but my cellphone doesn't recognize one of the special characters so I ended up having to changed all my passwords .... again ....

The lady from the grad school failed to call me again.
She already has rescheduled this once... which didn't help my nerves.

Uuugh. The worst part of diabetes is being low (blood sugar lows can happen if you take too much insulin, eat too few carbs for a planned meal, or have a too-high long-acting insulin). You feel hungry, shaky, tired, dizzy, hot, and mildly confused all at once... and you can't just eat. And it can keep you up. All. Night.

Dad took my mom to the hospital. They are waiting on the biopsy but they think it may be liver cancer.
