My fennect pet doll-thing

I just finished doing the first test paint of this guy. I don't have any really good casts, I'm apparently bad at casting, but I'm trying to get together the funds to send him off and get professionally cast. Meanwhile here's some pics of what I have now.

Thanks everyone! The eyes are acrylic half domes, painted on the back. I happened to have some lying around, and I didn't have any actual doll eyes that really fit this guy, so I figured they'd work all right.

It's a "complete" doll, it's meant to be a ball creature, not a head to something else. Someday I may do some heads meant to go on conventional dolls, but not right now.
