I was finally smart enough to realize that the reason I was so tired and dragging was that I was low on iron. I have a very bad habit of forgetting this fact.
Popping iron pills is much better for the waist line than gorging on carbs because the body needs energy.
So, my energy levels are way up again, and my intense cravings for every carb/sugar laden thing that passes into my mind have finally subsided. This will make my goals much, much easier!
