I have a little pile of magazine and book covers I cut out just waiting for me to get off my butt and find backings. I made a girly mag for my SD's out of an old Fredrick's magazine that I just have to staple now, too. After homework I've been pretty uninspired to finish anything lately.

We got one of those movie club deals from Disney and it came with a bunch of stickers. So with a little bit of black craft foam this:


Turned into this!


Barbie and tiny-sized movies! Also working on Aisling's new room.

Those came out great! Finally something useful to do with those things. With white foam you could use the stickers for books and magazines.

Aw, cute doll props!

I am currently directing a scene from Hedda Gabler with a 1950s twist for a little theatre festival the department does to get people new to theatre or new to the school a chance to try their hand at a production with low commitment.

So today, because of my snowday, cancelling class as well as making it so I don't have to come into work, I am working on the audition flyer for the play. I made a general one for the whole festival a bit ago, but need one for while the auditions are happening so people can see what they might want to audition for.

I'm pretty clueless on what to do, but I am getting it done today! I was looking up ads from the 1950s for inspiration.

One thing I do know, once I cast Hedda, I am going to make her a dress in mint and cherry (just realized that makes me want a Shamrock shake... hm).
I'm a costumer, I got to do it!

I'm a draper so I can pretty much just make a pattern like it to the size of whomever I cast.

Regrouping on what reroots I want to do-
Robecca Steam with copper hair and repainting to become Ladytron (Roxy Music) probably keep her
1st run Cleo with burgundy hair, will have left overs
1st run Draculaura shoulder length purple black mix
Operetta with just darker than her violet or a neon rainbow, haven't decided
Lagoona with sparkle silver and white, maybe
Or use all the neon rainbow on Blythe, there's enough to do 3 Monsters to their heels or 6 Monsters to their waist

I have to get three headpieces done for the dance concert tonight. So much slip stitching, god help me.
My anemia has been really bad the last two days, really bad this morning even so I haven't been progressing as quickly as I should have.

Trying to think up a new hair color for Monster Robecca, the copper I have isn't exactly right for her. I want something metallic or steampunk that I can curl. On the other hand I think Jinafire might look great with the copper.

Drawin' for the Drawing 1 class I'm taking. I just needed some credit to graduate and figured it was good as any.
We were suppose to draw one skull and two pears. I wanted to make it interesting for myself.
It just needs some finishing touches.
