So you can use prismas for faceups?
Because skittles are overrated.

Yes. I would seal the head a couple times more than you would if you were just working with pastel or acrylic--if you're using pastels for blush though then just seal as normally between layers and you'll build up a good toothy surface for the prismacolor pencils.
Also make sure to keep your pencils super sharp so that your lines are fine enough.
I usually lightly blush in bigger elements like eyebrows first so I have a soft solid element to draw the brow details over. I imagine that would work very well with a stencil, too.

I wish i had known lol i never saw it in any lists for face ups. Though I'm glad to know now cause i love working with prismas
