Richila that's amazing. Congratulations on your progress!!! I'd be scared to look if I tracked EVERYTHING I ate, like those shrimp puffs I just snacked on. D'oh!

I love Sangria. And beer. OH how I love beer. If there were ever a nectar of the gods it would have to be Guinness on tap. I joke with my friends that I'm the Boozin' Baptist.

I sadly report that I had a zero weight loss to report this week. Still 170 on the nose! I don't think I've gained enough muscle mass to account for any shift in body fat percentages. Women don't really bulk up unless we lift for crazy amounts of time a day. I'm definitely getting stronger though, I carried a huge load of suitcases up a flight of stairs this weekend and didn't feel it, and I hiked 3 miles up a mountain Saturday and survived. I also ate an oatmeal cream pie at the top of the mountain. It was sooo good.

I'm definitely seeing results in my general fitness and abilities. It will come. Can't expect too much after just 2 weeks right???

Still though, I think I'm going to have to add a little extra cardio with the weight training. I do weights 4 days a week but cardio only 3. Cause I hate it. XD

I've added myfitnesspal to my repertoire so hopefully that will also help me keep a bit of track of what is going on.
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.

woo! I've done the stationary bike twice in a row! I've been doing 30 minutes, I bet I can bump it up to 45 next week and a full hour the week after.

I'd love to understand how my carb intake is always so high lol Yesterday I ate practically nothing but veggies (ok, there was one bun with my eggs that morning) and I completely went over my carb intake for the day.
And today I made Protein pancakes and forgot to add the protein scoop >_<

I'm so distracted with trying to get everything into diary, that I actually forget to put food on my plate. :P

I haven't stepped on a scale since before Christmas, for the fear of what the holiday treats have done to me. The good news is that I still fit in my clothes, so I haven't gained a whole bunch. The bad news is I still needed to lose either way.

I'm a big proponent of high fat low carb. I feel fabulous on it and keep my weight easily under control without hunger. So, back to that. I'm already feeling better and my clothes have loosened a bit. My blood sugar is back under control which means I'm a happy and calm person again.

No time for exercise at the moment. Soon...

If I ever get down to an actual BJD figure, I'm going to buy at least one fancy-smancy lolli type outfit with tons of lace and ribbons that will look like the fairy of all things girly and floofy threw up on it.
