Seeking some information on Goodreau ABC dolls

I am currently customizing a Goodreau ABC doll for someone and I have been unable to find much information on them online. Does anyone have experience with them? Mostly I am looking for eye and wig sizes.

General wig size can be measured by putting a tape measure on the the doll's bald head like a headband above the eyebrows all the way around to the back of the head.
