With first crochet projects I've found a bigger hook is better, bigger holes are easier to count.

I found where one of my reroots went! This was the Storm Clawdeen, her name is now Gee Gee http://www.flickr.com/photos/52244399@N ... 980952489/ and she has a gorgeous face up!

*Even cooler/stranger/small universe. Gee Gee's owner is bidding on the Iceberg Lagoona I did back when, hope she gets her.

That's nice, dollykim. Looks like you have a fan. Hope both your girls end up together.

^__^ getting a new doll cheered me up quite a bit.
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@

Rejoice, I finally found a coveted dollieh prop I'd been searching for online for the better part of a year. Ebay. Old and busted things that don't work anymore means I get cheap props. So Micah finally FINALLY got his freakin' motorcycle. It's busted, it's scratched, dented, beat up and old. Just like his bike should be. Will post photographs of Charlotte some time next week. Rejoice, rejoice, oh dollieh prop rejoice. I am going to become Cirque's apprentice prop-collector. :-p Teach me wise sage in the ways of propdom. I think I get more excited about props than dolls. Well, maybe it's 50/50. ha

_xD Oi, speaking of mouses... Our cat spent like the past two weeks walking over to the floor-level cabinets and opening these two specific ones. Like *all the time* she kept trotting over to open *both* cabinets and then she'd just sit there........... all......... night..... Then finally one night I see her blazing back and forth through the house, and then realized she was chasing a mouse! ._. The weird thing is that when she'd catch it, she'd walk it over to my shoe and drop it in so that she could try to keep it in one spot. I'm like "Cat! Stop putting a mouse in my shoe! ;_; I do not want a mouse in my shoe!"
