I had an amazing morning. A long time, older, friend took me out to breakfast for my birthday. Then, I went to church, and my fellow church members sang Happy Birthday to me. For a day that I though was going to be just like any other day, it has turned out to be decent so far. :D

Where does one buy one of these little record players?????

Don't know about the Marilyn one, but I got my Elvis one at Walgreens (got my Rudolph one there too, but it was a few years ago).

It's my 20th birthday in five days, and my boyfriend is making me crazy excited for it by telling me how awesome it will be!

He said he and my best friend ordered gifts from Asia... A part of me secretly hopes it's a doll I've been wanting, but another part of me hopes they ordered something cheaper.
He says I'll never guess what he's planned for the day, which is making me so excited I could explode.

This is like.. a preparation for much rejoicing. It feels like rejoicement anyway, I'm happy just thinking about it.

Monday is going to be a dolly day all day long! I'll start out the day by working on a photostory then I'm going to attempt a doll craft. Yay!

I have a bunch of boxes coming in today, one should be a commission head that's been delayed thanks to the holiday last Thursday, and the other box is going to be my partner's Christmas gift. I snagged her one of the tan Sweet Doll Elf Allison's on Friday. She doesn't know he's coming since she asked me to surprise her. I'll give him to her already because she already gave me mine, a body for Zephyra.

I'm excited to see her face when she opens him!

I finally did it! I bought a Jolina Ballerina doll. It was on the Dutch second hand market, no clothes no nothing just the doll. I have been eyeing that doll since I dont know when. In stores, on the market place, wherever it popped up or I could take a peek. And this one was just so cute and... naked. It needed clothes, clothes made by me! :D
And since it was only 5 euro what was the harm?
But I am not telling my husband...yet!
Can't wait till she arrives altho I can't do anything with her then cause I need to pack her into a present for myself for Sinterklaas XD
Now all I need is a present for Hubby and the person who is selling that gameboy game to accept my offer and I have camouflaged my gift to myself into an overall little present for everyone (and a lot of presents for Wendy my daughter of 4)
And the neat thing is. My husband started it as we wouldn't buy anything for the older kids anymore (13 and 15) but he bought the 13 year old some sheet music so he could practise on his piano thing he got from Grandpa.
Arn't I evil!?

I had to look her up, but she's actually a very pretty little doll! And wow, 5 euros, you got a great deal on her!
Mommy needs a gift from Santa too! So many years around here when everyone got stockings full of candy and toys and gifts and poor mom had an apple and an orange, and a candy cane and that was it.

I looked her up, too. She's really pretty. I can't wait to see how you dress her.
