Do not send that doll back to them at your expense! If they want it back they'd darn well better pay for it themselves! I agree about holding onto it for a month or so before deciding what to do with it. You might even send the company a firm "final" email indicating that unless you hear from them differently in the next 48 hours you are going to consider the doll AND the refund as yours - just to cover yourself.

this is what i would do, if their mistakes cost them money maybe they'll learn not to make mistakes.

I GOT A REPLY!!!!

5 days after the refund I got 2 messages from them. First off they "apologise profusely" for the mix up and say they are talking to Dikadoll trying to get me a Yolanda sorted. Then they say that they would like me to post Rena back to them at their expense (phew) and that it should take 7 days for Dikadoll to make a new Yolanda and process her. "Once again, sincere apologies." I've messaged them back asking if I get to keep my refund once I've received Yolanda. If I do I'll definitely be getting the MinoruWorld girl as well!

Every cloud, eh?

That's a great solution, finally some good service from them, but I'm afraid you won't get to keep your refund ;) ;)

So glad to hear it! :D The entire experience must've been really hard on you but at least things seem to be moving in the right direction now.

That is so crazy! O.O I'm glad everything seems to be working out now but definitely frustrating that it took so long.

Wonder why they won't just have you send the head back? That's a ton cheaper, I'm sure. lol

Possibly for fear of having a discrepancy in resin batch color, on top of screwing up so royally? That would be my guess, at least. XD

I'm glad everything is finally getting sorted out, and I hope you get to keep the refund! I would be soooo upset if this happened to me.
