Here actually. I lurked around other sites but here was the first place I posted.

I created my own website, pamela-love.com, in February 2010 and quickly started receiving emails from girls who were fans, just like me. That was awesome and I decided to create a small forum for us, the Pamela Love community.

After that, the Dollieh Sanctuary soon followed.

JUNKYSPOT!! It was actually the first forum I ever used to, I had to learn how to do it by asking a friend to help me! LOLS!

The first one I remember is DailyDoll over on LJ. I'm pretty sure it actually started on a Lolita forum, again on LJ, but I couldn't tell you which.

Craigslist. That counts as online, doesn't it? I met other people selling off some of my outfits and stuff online and then they told me about various forums. I'm on a Yahoo Group for FM dolls now and I was on one other Barbie board for a while, but this is my main doll board. I have several I lurk on but in general I'm not big on joining a lot of boards.

Junkyspot. My friend, Yannie directed me there and the other one (13 doll?), and I joined.

My first doll collectors group was a Yahoo group, Hittygirls. Hittys were my first jointed dolls-I even carved a few. It is funny, but my husband told me about ABJDs after he met people with them at a con. Two months later, I had my first BJD.

For me it was JS, cause I got the link to the forum in the order confirmation email... I think I didn't actually sign up for an account until after I had ordered Clover, but before she arrived... (Even though I had purchased an Obitsu body and several heads before I ordered the Hujoo Suve.)
