Mysterious Custom Action figure Body with 2 neck pieces

Hi all!
I was wandering on eBay searching for shoes for my Zenobia when I found this strange body:

The insertion title is:
bs0038 1/6 Custom Body with 2 Neck 5 Hands HT Dragon TTL B002 GTC
Sincerely I cannot understand from this who is the body producer. It seems to me some kind of knocked-off Hot Toys basic body: but the thing I consider really interesting, besides its price (28$ with shipping) is that it has two different neck pieces, and it seems to allow no-neck-head and neck-head too. I want in the near future a more muscolar boy in my collection, and this body seems an interesting resource. So I'd really appreciate an opinion from people more informed than me in action figures: this body can really work with different heads, maybe with Ken head too? Someone has bought one?

He's a Hot Toys True Type, I have the Asian and the head that came with him. http://dolfielittles.com/hot.html Very sturdy and well built. He's big as well, kind of a 1x compared to the average 1/6 guys they make uniforms and stuff for. Compare his bulk to a Sideshow or Art S Buck guy.

The neck on the body is for "Dragon" style split neck, the one with the knob is for neckless ones like BBI, or some Ken. That's a pretty good price. The TTL in the listing would stand for True Type Light so he's a caucasian skin tone, the Dragon part is an umbrella term for 1/6 male figures.

Thank you very much Kim! I believed that "TTL" was some brand of action figures -_- So it's explained why even my Cy Girl had "TTL" in her description, it was just to indicate her skin tone... I've always wanted an Hot Toys, but their realistic headsculpts doesn't really fit the rest of my dolls. Now I'm even more likely to buy one of this body, in the near future.

Thank you ThursdayChild for your precious information! I'll search for some of these reviews, even if your post it's already very useful. If they are orangey-tan "in person", they possibly match some Volks tan heads, and that would be really good news. He has to be the bodyguard for my hybrid Cy Girl, that's really tall, so his bigger stature compared to other action figure it's a good feature.

If your looking for a body to put a Ken head on I use Traids Evo's bodies myself.

Here are some other ideas on bodies that people have used for Ken heads.

Thank you May, this gave me some ideas and also confirmed that the HT clone body can be a good match for a modern Ken. Triad body are a possible alternative too, I had thought about it in the past. I have still other project to complete, so in the meanwhile I have some time to decide for the best alternative according to tastes and wallet.

More than likely it's an official Hot Toys, several of the companies put out headless or generic head bodies for customizing. Chances are someone bought him for his head or something else. Extra things like thighs or hands may be thrown in or you might get ala cart piecing.

Price will often depend on weird things like the exact shade of the skin, if it's more or less muscular than their average line up, or something arbitrary. Check out MonkeyDepot.com and War-Toys.com for a good selection and fair prices.
