Ok, I need to have a clothing complaint moment. WHY DISNEY MUST YOU ALWAYS DRESS AURORA IN THE STUPID PINK DRESS??? She wears the blue one and her peasant dress more in the movie and they are much prettier in my opinion anyway. Or, you could go the compromise route and make her pink and blue dress; that would actually be cool. BUT WHY OH WHY ALWAYS THE PINK DRESS?

I think it is mostly because she is the only one, other than Mulan, who actually wears pink.

My actual clothing complaint tho is WHY ALWAYS THE MOVIE DRESSES? Seriously they used to come up with these creative outfits for the Princesses that were just regular price normal dolls. Now the only thing they had creative lately was the "$60 super limited edition one day only or pay hundreds on ebay" Designer dolls.

yeah I agree, I wish they would just stop the once a day limited edition thing. Do you know how many people just buy it to put only and collect TONS of prophet?!@? It burns my toast to a crisp!

Pink + little girls = profit. I had to stop myself from going princess crazy and just stick to one of each, period. The exception are the ballet Aurora and Phillip because their bodies and faces are different enough to look like Clara and her prince from the Nutcracker. I can live with click knees because of the wrists and the crap load I have of Barbie shoes they can wear, the jointed girls with flat feet won't be doing that.

Just pick up the Disney Store outfit pack, it has the blue version of her dress and a purple version of her peasant dress. With more 11 1/2 dolls coming out it would make sense for them to keep putting those out.

Just once I wish Disney (or someone) would do a closed mouth adult Ariel 12" or 16" doll that doesn't cost $200. I've been wanting a closed mouth Little Mermaid forever .

It's not that hard to close the mouth. I did it on my centaur.

The only doll I have with jointed ankles and feet close to that is Twirling Ballerina but she doesn't have obvious knee hinges like that, no one I have does. It's weird because the ballerina has hidden hinge knees and the've made lovely pivoting ball ones on the 100 Poses Fashionista.
