Likes: Summertime! The natural world: green growing things, deep woods, flowers of all colors and kinds, animals of the woods and fields, running water, warm sunlight, silvery moonlight, music and dancing under the stars, musicians who dedicate songs in her honor, and of course, having her every whim catered to by her subjects. Because, as everyone knows, as Queen she is doing what is best for EVERYONE. Oh, and she loves flowing gowns and beautiful things to wear. (
She wanted to make sure I put that in, as I am still working on her first court outfit...) She finds things of beauty in all the seasons, of course, but summer is admittedly always her favorite time of year...
Favorite color: Silver and green, but almost any color of summer and nature, and the bright hues of flowers and birds also make her smile.
Dislikes: Things that interfere with or harm the natural world, such as environmental destruction and pollution--but even worse, the foul stench of dark magics, that destroy not only the natural world but seep across into Faerie as well. She dislikes noisy, smelly machinery, and has no patience for idiots who tramp carelessly through the wood and leave trash behind. She also dislikes those who challenge her will, or question her judgment. (There's also a particular Elf-lord she has banished from her court, and forbade even his name to ever be mentioned again... but we won't get into that right now...)
History: She is the undisputed Queen of all she surveys--what's left of her Faerie Realm, anyway, after the slow decay of centuries and encroaching edge of the non-magical human world. She used to be just the Summer Queen, handing off the scepter and throne to the Autumn Court in the fall, taking it up again at the end of the Spring -- but there is only one Court now, her own, and she rules it with a firm hand, for only if all the surviving Fae folk are united in defending what is left of their realms can they survive, much less hope to eventually find a new Realm where they can once again live the slow march of seasons and years in peace....
Her Highness the Summer Queen would prefer to trade with someone of equal (or nearly equal) stature and status to herself. Preferably royalty... but as Faerie royalty is generally in short supply in this modern era, 1/3 scale (SD size) will have to suffice....

Name: Hajime Morimoto (the "real world" actor who plays Nellens Genshaku in the EXALTED series)
Size/Type: 27cm Obitsu Slim male
Age: 29 (Genshaku's age: 28)
LIkes: Hajime considers himself an artistic nerd and tries to balance American and Japanese cultures in his personal identity, since he grew up with a foot in both worlds, so to speak. He likes high-tech toys (like iPods and cellphones), but also appreciates the simplicity of Japanese decor and art forms. He is an avid anime fan, enjoys martial arts (both watching and doing), and dabbles in brush painting and is trying to learn Kanji. He is also a talented musician and plays several instruments and sings (and not
just Karaoke...). He and some of the other members of the cast hope to get a band together in their spare time (whenever that is....). His tastes in music range from J-pop to darkwave to techno to classical to traditional music from all over the world. He also loves to cook, though he tends to not eat meat very much, preferring fish, vegetables and rice dishes in a variety of Asian cuisines. (including Thai -- the hotter the better!)
Hajime isn't much of a beach person, but he likes walking in the woods, or having a small picnic in a secluded corner of a park with a special friend or two (or three... or four...).
Hajime is openly gay and laughs about having to let his "inner queen" out to play sometimes. He has a keen sense of humor and loves being outrageous when there's an appreciative audience (Halloween is ALWAYS fun when he's around...)
Dislikes: Cruelty, intolerance, greed and selfishness. Dislikes people who have no sense of humor. Dislikes having to dress up (in western style clothes that is -- kimonos or lavish Exalted court costumes are just fine). Doesn't much care for meat, and dislikes poorly prepared, greasy or too-rich food.
Hajime would like to trade with another 1/6 scale person, any age or gender.
