Hmm I think maybe go with a gothic lolita theme for the girls like with sparkly skulls, black bows, black lace, maybe if designing a room for each of the girls go with like one of their infamous looks like plaid wallpaper for Frankie, pink for UlaD and Black and pink for Spectra ect.

I went to Target yesterday and almost every fashion doll BUT the MH crew and the Liv dolls were on sale buy one get one 50% off. The had marked down some Liv stuff though nothing too interesting unfortunately. They did have the newest Liv wigs in. There's a blue and blond, a pink and black, a brown with highlights, a purple and pink, a copper red and blond style with a braid, and one more I can't for the life of me remember right this second.

Other than that considering it's December the place looked totally bereft of anything really cool except for maybe the new Fashionistas and even then they didn't have the new guys. Almost no MH on the shelves for weeks now. No MT's. I'm really beginning to wonder about whomever orders for this particular store. It's one of the most popular malls in the area and that Target was packed for a weekday but the shelves are always half empty and it's not because they get the stuff and it sells out quickly. I'm in there almost every other day. I stop there whenever I go to the grocery store, the library, whatever. If they get anything in, I'll see it.

As far as the MH stuff goes I never see anything much except the basic $12 dolls. Stuff is popular as heck and they still don't stock it even at peak toy selling season. The Barbie Basics they never did get anything in beyond the Target set and a few of the black dress dolls, and once in a while half a dozen jeans ones. That shelf is virtually empty, and I'm talking empty pegs for weeks. I'm amazed they actually got the Liv wigs in. I usually have to go 25 miles down the road to a Super Target for that...

Because my mom blabbed to me about a gift from my aunt and my aunt fufills threats to a T (Promise of a rear kick anyone?) I get an extra gift on Christmas morning.

Now...Which MH doll should I ask dear old ma for? (Note: I was gonna wind up buying all the dolls I wanted after X-mas since parents said I'm not getting ANY BJD related stuff so...This is well deserved)

I was thinking either time to obtain a Draculaura or get a Clawdeen or maybe a DT. Any which one anyone recommends?

DT Ghoulia is at every local store around where I live, and I haven't bought her solely based on the fact I want the Physical Deaducation set. Can't find it anywhere.

I've seen Psychical Deaducation and Skull Shores Ghoulia in odd places. (I had to put back skull shores though. T-T;)

I've definietly wanted a DT doll and Ghoulia is beautiful in every form. Thanks for the idea. ^_^

While shopping today, our local Walmart had pretty weak stock of the MH dolls, but tons of the extra stuff, like costumes and wigs.

Amusingly, my Mom apparently gets it, as after showing her my latest doll interest, she snatched one of the last Skull Shores Ghoulias for me for Christmas. I think I was just so amused by the fact that she's happy to by her adult daughter a cute doll for Christmas, that it didn't really register that I got one of these dolls on the way!

Maybe but Mattel has been really slow to restock the stores of the MH stuff. Like even on their online shop you couldn't order the sweet 1600 dolls or Skull Shores. My target only gets a handful of fashion packs, and they're gone unless you get luck and get them the day of. A friend who worked for Walmart inventory said that they actually order double the amount of the item knowing they'll only get 1/3. Mattel also wants to bring up the "Monster High Craze" the less dolls they put up, the more demand so when they do put a stock out, it sells out quick etc etc. >.>
