Hmm, I don't have any props. Some accessories, but no props. Maybe I should get those teacups I've wanted for a while...

Do you guys use props a lot? I haven't really thought about it.

..I think that using props can really help bring your dolly's personality out. Especially in photographs.
They can really help convey moods, and help tell the story of whats going on in the dolly's life. :)

Little Ari's an only doll, so she doesn't have much in the way of miniatures or props. But she does have a few favorites!

Image
I think her best prop is her chair, which is the perfect size for her. I also recently picked up the slightly smaller wicker chair at the Salvation Army for $1 for a lucky future 1/6 doll.

Image
My favorite prop is her scale wooden violin, complete with bow and case. It's even hollow, like a real violin would be. Believe it or not, it's a Christmas ornament. I could have even gotten her the perfect sized French horn if I had thought about it...

Image
Japanese puzzle erasers make perfect scale miniatures for MSD dolls (and they'd probably be cute for smaller dolls, too!) Little Ari only has a few: A chibi carrot, a lucky cat, and a very convincing slice of chocolate frosted cake. Yum! ^.^

At Home: Little Ari (Resinsoul Mei), Gilan (Resinsoul Song), Mina (Jun Planning Ai Cosmos), Yukiko (5StarDoll Tong Tong), Julia (Hujoo Yumi), Lion'a (Hujoo Suve), Ella (Jun Planning Hestia Isora), Mint (Fairland Pukifee PongPong, "unnamed thus far" (Hujoo Nano Freya)
Wish List: Delf Ani, Resinsoul Yun/5StarDoll Angelo (f.), Island Doll Emily, BJD Hamster pet

I don't have a good picture of it yet but one of my favorites is mine and Almy's breakfast nook. XD

I also have a Bratz sushi bar and the Liv cabin. I have tons of other crap too but I can't pick favorites. XD
I'm mostly on Tumblr now.

My dolls have a weird assortment of scale props, either stuff I had from American Girl, Barbie, etc, or stuff bought at flea markets and such. Some of the best ones are the My Little Pony Petites that make perfect MLPs for 1/6 and tinies, the real edged swords I bought at a renfair, and the teeny tiny working pocket knife I bought from a doll show. Don't have any pictures though :<

When the camera comes home in a little while I'll take pics. I'm a re-ment ho for one and I've got some nice 1/4 scale stuff as well. The violin is amazing, paladinari!

I found a great new prop for my dolliehs >_<

Image

IT'S A 1/6th SCALE LAUNDRY BASKET!! >_> I got it from Walgreens for $.99 and it's supposed to be a pen holder, but it's shaped like a laundry basket and it's exactly the right size!!!
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@
