It's a modified version of THIS dress:
The one Scythe is wearing has a more fitted top and a puffier skirt. (I made some pleats at the hemline where the two fabrics attach... the first one I made was just a long tube >_< )

I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@
