Indeed. I think new ones are like $230 or something like that.

I saw one on DoA the other day (I truly hope I am not offending anyone here - hoping it wasn't your doll) that was described as being stained, having a floppy abdomen (probably broken spine) a knee and thigh that been unscrewed and they still wanted $250 (It was NOT a limited edition doll). I sometimes actually had to wonder if people check new/retail prices or if they are living in a dreamland or just not really wanting to sell the doll.

But if the person at that doll meet above got twice your offer for that doll, then who knows?

I've actually been keeping an eye on that post hoping they'd lower the price lol you can get a brand new obitsu 50cm for not much more then $250.

I know. I try to watch threads like that. But that one threw me for a loop. Whoa...

I know from JS, you can get the 50cm for what, $240? And new DD2s are around that as well, I think.

The one I saw was only at a meet, I don't think they were trying to sell it online anywhere tho.

I realized I love their faces yesterday, but I'd really need to do some sort of hybrid. I'm too used to Evie and they are just too light for my liking. The resin feel makes them just feel more.. alive to me.

I'm glad Dess and I were able to help you out! I've been looking at Ariels ever since I saw Evie, so I suppose it's only fair.
