The Dollheart Fer is like my absolute favorite outfit ever. It consists of the Jacket which is my favorite piece that has a long hood ending a point it's covered with ruffles and it has real buttons all the way down for dressing. Its kind of a pain to put on and take off. There is also a dress that is kind of plain uptop but ends in oodles of unhemmed ruffles. And under petti thing that gives it extra foof. And a lace edged necklace with a cross and delicate little arm warmers. My fer did not include the last two pieces, that's ok tho they really are my least favorite bits of the outfit and understandable as I snagged it on ebay. I consider myself lucky purple is my favorite color~ and this shade has been sold out for a while methinks. they do limited runs of each color produced and they sell out uber fast. Certain shops also get limited colors. They were made originally for SDs only but shortly after they released a few colors in Minifee size and now yosd as I understand. the Black one looks to be available now from their site. I almost bought it when the Lavender popped up on evilbay. ooops, nope. never-mind! There had been some available but looks like its sold out again was going to link you. Oh well though here's the link so you can get a better look at the pieces. http://www.dollheart.com/shop/ld117/ld117_e.htm
Thanks for the info about the fer! I really love it Is it a brandname though, or is such a piece of clothing actually called a fer..?

No one is for certain where the name came from it seems. Some people believe it was a misspelling of either Fir as in the tree or Fur. I have also noticed a few other bjd gowns with Fer in the name but I'm not sure if it's in reference to this Fer, or if Fer also means dress in some language. I do know it means Iron in french. Perhaps its a sort or reference to furisode? it's anyone's guess. As far as I know Dollheart has never addressed the question.
Hmm.. interesting! ^^ I've seen the name before, that's why I asked, I finally wanted to find out what it meant..!
