Crossing fingers too!!

I'm rejoicing because I'll go to the Pinkpop festival tomorrow, where I'll see Kings of Leon, Graffiti 6, and HANSON!!! Yay!! I've been a fan since 1997 and they only came to Holland for a concert in 2005 so far. FINALLY I'll get to see them live again :)

An offer has been accepted on a house which will give the dolls and I 2 rooms to share, but it's not ours until it passes inspection. And it's well within our price.

Yay, Kim san!!! I hope it works out this time!!!!!!! :hugs:

You deserve the best!

So far so good, they're even giving us an allowance to fix things like the broken window. I like the idea of being settled and getting back in to the project groove and the "work" I have for my dolls and website. Again it's another one of those houses with a quirky layout that would turn many buyers off.

Even better I won't be paying as much rent, and I'll be getting all the money I've been overpaying and using to keep us afloat when we get our deposit back from the rental. That's beyond something nice, beyond Volks doll, in to Apple or Bose product territory. There's a memory foam mattress and really nice bed in my future...

Lol,....I had no idea Hanson still existed. They pretty much don't make much noise in the U.S. anymore. I wonder what their music is like these days. I love Kings of Leon. The first time I heard them was live since i won a contest for free tickets. This was when they were still super indie and just getting more well known. I was pleasantly surprised needless to say. I'm glad you're going to the festival. Have fun and stay safe!

And guess what has plumbing issues? Like replace the dish washer, garbage disposal, isn't the shower supposed to shower issues. If they don't want to fix that we has no house.

The rejoice with that, not a single dime has changed hands. And I got to see a hybrid station wagon done as Ecto-1. And I might have finally figured out knees for Roger. So in most a good day.

I'm very, very, very jealous of this. I adore Hanson unabashedly and have since they first came out!

Landwhale - Actually they still tour around here (they do a lot on the west coast and at the House of Blues). They put out an album last year called Shout It Out and it's fun. Still the same quirky pop they originally came out with.

Agreeing with all of this! I find that their music is a bit rockier than it used to be and kinda mellow at the same time. It's hard to describe it's just fun music. There's no doubt those mmbop kids actually have real talent lol!

We met the Hanson kids waiting for the same plane we were. They were great, modest, normal kids. Larry and the two oldest geeked about video games. Nothing diva-ish or supah-stah about them.
All you damn kids get offa my lawn!
