I GOT MY FIRST MONSTER HIGH! GHOULIAAAAAA! I got her at WalMart for 18.87$ I had bought a Draculaura at Target since they didn't have Ghoulia there but I'm returning her. It's not like I don't like her but it was expensive at Target and cheaper and I mean a few bucks cheaper at WalMart.

I painted my Hujoo Jake (named Loki) and Ryo's Foxy Ears!

and false alarm on the missing magnets. I found them. They were hiding in my keys. I'm so relieved, it was disappointing to think I'd have them painted so nice (they match his wig and fox tail now!) and wouldn't be able to put them on him until I found new ones. So so many layers of pastels on there, and lots of little hairs painted in. He looks fantastic, I think he's happy with them.

Little Loki looks great too, he's so cute! I'm really really pleased with the way he turned out, he looks adorable and I'm really pleased with the blushing. I'll have to take pictures of both of them later.

After the first head got lost in limbo the moment it entered the U.S. and a replacement requested, I finally have Aurym's new head! I ended up requested a different sculpt for the replacement because the whole ordeal was souring my feelings for the original choice.

Now all I have to do is save up for his upgrade's body, so he can finally be sufficiently pissed and taller than Klar. :3

Yeah for Ghoulia! She's the one that finally broke my will. XP I've cut her hair and wiped her face. I might get her painted this weekend.

I now have Holt and two versions of Clawdeen. Those are the only ones out of the current line up I was interested in. I think I'll keep Holt the way he is. At least one of the Clawdeens will be wiped.

The Water In The Laundry Room Saga has been resolved!

After almost a week of mopping up water, angsting thinking it was a broken pipe, discovering it wasn't a broken pipe but was coming from an old unused dryer vent, thinking it was rain that got in, discovering it wasn't rain and angsting that it might be a broken pipe, then at last!

Discovering that when the installers put in the second unit for the second zone, they put the condensate dump IN THE OLD UNUSED DRYER VENT so that now I had about a gallon of water an hour dumping in my laundry room....

Called the installer this morning. "Oops...." sez he. I was quite reasonable about it. He sent two men over (for free! On Saturday!) and now it is fixed.

Now I can nap.
