I found some of my old ponies the other day. Also Almy gave me her big Pinkie Pie. She sings and dances! :D
I'm mostly on Tumblr now.

I bought Pinky with Gift in mind, thought she would love it. Plus Gift has an amazing dollieh sanctuary of a basement that Pinky would fit in better then my place. :P
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.

Thanks! I've really caught the MLP bug again. I gave my G1s a good scrubbing yesterday, experimenting with cleaning options. It's probably old news, but the Magic Eraser doesn't take off pony paint! But it sure got out dirt and pen marks.

Really?! Ooo, that IS good news! Looks like I'll have to buy a few for a friend to augment her present of poor condition G1 ponies. Some of them might be salvageable after all...

Awesome plan! I tested it out on one of my McD's ponies, then my G1s. I didn't scrub too hard on the eyes or symbols, but my striped pony got a vigorous scrubbing (she was my favorite and rather grimy) and her paint is fine.

If I have some spare money after AnimeIowa, I am so splurging on some yard sale ponies to fix up. It's really addicting, lol.

That's good to know about the magic eraser! My ponies need a good scrub down. :)

Just be careful with it over glittery symbols, it can take them off (speaking from experience!) Dish soap, an old toothbrush, and some magic eraser will take off most everything except deep stains.
