Elfmates are back in stores this year! This year has a tiny sled with a scarf, muffins (Or maybe they're cupcakes? Or muffins with icing and sprinkles? Who knows?) in a ton and a stand mixer, and a sewing machine with a felt teddy bear and felt stocking! Plus the three shirts for the year! They're a reasonable size for 1:6 scale dolls, though the sled is more Kelly/Chelsea sized.
For scale reference, Reneeah (redhead) is on a tall Made to Move body, the blond in the back is a vintage Stacie doll, the little girl is Nia (one of Kelly's Lil' Friends), and Astranova from Monster High, just because I like her.
Reneeah is wearing one of the shirts, and I included the other two just so everyone can see them. The sled is plenty big enough for a Chelsea sized doll (but I could not find one that wasn't naked for the picture) and the scarf is really long. The muffins/cupcakes come out of the tray and have a separate liner, so you can technically make your own clay cupcakes or muffins to put in the liners, and the bowl from the mixer is a separate piece that can be removed. The mixer has a knob on top to make it spin. The sewing machine has a handle on the side that makes the needle go up and down! The stocking and teddy bear are just stiff felt cutouts, but they do have printed details and could easily be used as patterns. The shirts have a slit at the back of the neck so they can be slid on. They look like cozy oversized T-shirts on a Barbie, and would probably make cute nightgowns for smaller dolls like Stacie. Pretty sure they'd just slide off Astranova's twig body, but she's only hear for the muffins anyway.
The decorations on the cupcakes/muffins are stickers, so they can be removed if you wanted to. The three playsets/accessories sets also all come with a sticker (pictured behind Reneeah's left foot). Each of the shirts and accessory sets is $3, so this whole haul cost me $18 plus tax.
They're available at Dollar General right now.
