My Gooliope is still in her box after all these years. I do want to get thin sponge rollers tho.

Everything on my end had to come to a grinding halt as I had to make room for a 6 foot tall 300 pound repair person to make it in here for annual leak inspection, detector inspection, and filter changing. Will be taking advantage of the little hallway by my bathroom to organize the closet better so it looks like I will be able to make more GTFO decisions soon.

So the sponge rollers did absolutely nothing. Might have to get some of those hard plastic perm rollers and see if they hold up to boiling water.

See if drinking straw curlers will hold up to a boil perm.

On my doll project end we'll just say while I was able to tidy up the closet I somehow have twice as many doll tubs as I remember and the closet belongs to them now. Took a couple minutes to play 'where did you come from' then had to put them back for now. It wouldn't hurt to part with a few more. If all the PTE guys didn't have unique faces a lot of them could go but I know I'd kick myself if I did part with them.

URGH, I'm 2 drawings behind again, and I decided to increase the difficulty by doing couples pics again after all. Maybe the last week of Sketchtember, I'll just do smiley faces...

Gooliope's curls are too big for any straws I have. Might mess with rolling up tin foil or something.

Other project I'm about to start is making a list of everything I'm missing to make my Monster High dolls complete (while binging the web series all the movies and/or cocktail making videos because my hyper fixations are overlapping right now. And I don't actually drink.)

@jobee Don't sacrifice the quality of the art just to meet a deadline. You'll feel better by doing it to the best of your abilities.

Trust me, I have a fine art degree.

Thank you, as an art college drop out, I respect your suggestion. Fortunately, I'm only in the sketching phase, I can tidy up the line art next month during Inktober. I'm gonna have 2 more months to finish all these drawings. The hardest part is the blank page anxiety when I start a new piece.

And it's the weekend, so I've gone full stop on drawing, and cut out some pieces to sew for a doll I don't own yet, because reasons. I don't have the doll because I haven't sewn it yet because the fabric I ordered to make it out of hasn't even shipped yet. I'm still sewing for her though because the person who made the doll pattern made some clothes patterns, so I'm starting making clothes for a doll I haven't made yet. The strangest thing tho, the first clothing patterns are underwear patterns, and I don't usually bother with doll underwear, but it's in the pattern, so maybe I need it for this doll? I haven't made a fabric doll since I was a kid, and they look like gingerbread men. I still have them though!

Gotta make Ghoulia some replacement gloves. I am NOT spending $40+ minimum to replace her mesh gloves when I can spend $4 including shipping on a fabric sample.
