So I found a Natasha, Shadow High, at Target yesterday and she is currently standing on a pile of papers on my desk (something I would never do with resin!).

I ordered three of the Rainbow High series 4 dolls from MGA directly yesterday. I also blew the rest of the monthly doll budget getting the singer and drummer RH Target exclusives while their sale was still on.

I have no regrets. Pics as soon as they get here!

My big splurge for the month was a complete set of the Red, White, and Cute Kelly dolls that were Walmart exclusives back in the day. They were $50 for the set of 4, not including tax and shipping, so around $12-$13 each, which isn't a bad price for vintage Kelly dolls new in the box. I'll post pics when they get here.

I was able to order the dark brown Barbie Looks doll today but the beautiful redhead is sold out already and I saw one scalper had it on Amazon for $56 already. No way. I'm so pissed because she was available yesterday, but we had to wait for one of our checks to arrive today. Sigh. Universe is telling me no. My check arrives next week and I am willing to eat beans for a month to get the RH dolls I want.

I've seen them do that for restocks before, so maybe that's what's going on?

As promised, here are my Red, White & Cute Kelly and friends dolls!



From left to right, Belinda, Kelly, Deidre, and Liana.

Poor Deidre got the short end of the stick in this line. She has Liana's outfit and Kelly's hairstyle and bear. Mattel really didn't care about the black friend back in the day, did they?

Please note that the green hair tie in Belinda's hair isn't original. I had to replace the red one, and didn't have another red one on hand, so green to match her eyes it was. These dolls are almost 20 years old, so the hair ties melted long ago.

Patience is patience. And where the heck am I going to put them?
I was going to pass on the Lance Bass Ken because I'm meh about the Made to Move body but someone posted pictures of the Human League fashionista head on his body so...
I'm going to be one guy short of a boy band.
Also finally got myself the chibi Umbrella Academy Klaus and will be seeing if his head can then go on the Fashionista. Have seen that line in the wild and the size looks about right.
