davidd's Smart Doll Dungeon

Postby davidd » Mon Aug 02, 2021 8:51 pm

I have a Smart Doll photostory topic, but no topic for random pics of my Smart Doll crüe.

So here's a topic for randumb pix of my 5m4r7 D0ll crü3:

Leading things off: a new cap for Addie (Cocoa Mirai):

Image

The description on the Smart Doll store site cautions potential buyers about the price of the "Baseball Cap (wine red)." However, for a cap of comparable quality in "human scale," the price would run about the same. This is not a cheaply made polyester or plastic "trucker hat" from a spinner rack at a dollar store. The cap is made of robust denim in authentic "old school" six-panel configuration, with brass ventilation grommets in four of the panels, and a heavy cloth adjustment strap in back with a metal buckle. It is a very nice hat, easily on par with full-size caps from quality hat retailers like J. Peterman or Quaker Marine.

When you consider Danny's uncle, it's easy to see why Smarl Doll clothing and accessories are as well made as upscale human clothing.

Oh yes, please, let's see your crew! The hat is adorable. Not in my price range but after making jeans for SmD, I can fully appreciate the amount of work that goes into them.

Neat pictures! You must have a really fast camera to catch hummingbirds.

I tried linking one of my adopted click pets here, but the board wouldn't let me. :/
