Yesterday, or maybe the day before, I can't remember, but I made some patterns for my Rainbow High girls, I'm gonna sew them each a fuzzy pair of pants and a fuzzy jacket.

I'm ordering more fabric today because I don't like the yellow fabric I have for Sunny's stuff. It's not as stretchy as it claimed to be and is harder to get off and on the doll. I'm also buying some gaudy pink animal print for my Cave Club doll that's coming in on Monday. I think pre-historic cave dwellers from the Barbie dimension are entitled to some pink animal print.

You can do it. I'm repacking some of my doll clothes after the last clothing lot came in in August...

Having a fork ton of doll stuff is why I ordered those newspaper bags. They were cost effective and tough, I've tied and untied knots in the ends of several with no problems.

One idea I've always had for doll clothes is to hang them up on a clothes line, especially fancy gowns.

ROFLOL! Yes indeed!
I'm rejoicing because JoAnn's had some really nice Asian prints today in their premier quilt fabrics. Pricy but pretty so I got some. The main print is a mustard, maroon and light sage-y/teal-y color, floral with sprays. Going with it is a small floral in mustard and maroon that reminds me of mustard and ketchup mixed on a burger. Odd colors but surprisingly attractive. Probably won't get to it til the new year tho.
Just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD.

I sewed Sunny's fuzzy sweatshirt and sweatpants today! I'm very happy with how it came out, and will make a matching one for Vivi tomorrow. Now I'm wondering who else in my collection would like a velour jogging suit... Sunny's my only yellow color scheme doll, but Vivi could share fabric with Kitty Cheshire, whom I haven't sewn for in ages.

Need more animal print, Roaralai wants a fuzzy winter outfit too.

I hadn't organized ANY of the stuff I've bought this year. And let me tell you, 2020 has not been kind to my wallet as far as doll clothes have gone.

Still working on my 65cm boy... I'm trying to make a hard-cap wig for him. With luck, he might actually come out cute? Right now he's been tied to a doll-stand so he doesn't squirm around while I'm working on him. Jerk has broken FAR TOOOO MANY times.

My husband helped me glue nail gems to my doll's ears, so it looks like they're wearing small earrings. I painted Vivi's nails, but didn't get anything done after that today... I have so much fabric and so much planned for Sunny and Vivi, but I get hung up when it's time to cut fabric. I hate cutting fabric. I love sewing, but cutting fabric is such a chore!

My Brain: Two foot tall dragon at doll.
Me: What-
My Brain: Hand make all the hundreds of scales from polymer clay.
Me: Huh-
My Brain: Hand see each one on.
Me: WHY?!?!
My Brain: Do it.
Me: You know we don't have space for this right?!

So yeah, now I've added "rideable dragon for my 1:6 scale crew" to my to-do list once my craft room is ready, so that's lovely. As if the gryphon with the hand applied feathers and the poseable beak and toes wasn't going to be enough of a challenge!
