....building their model kits for them.

This is part of a USS Nimitz carrier commission I got a while back. While the ship is HUGE and took quite a bit of time to build, it was the Air Group that nearly killed me. 75+ aircraft, some of them have 15 or more parts each, that has to be assembled and painted...all about the size of a US quarter.

reminds me of all the days I used to spend painting little gaming miniatures O.O; That'll make you go blind (and grow hair on you palms and......)

Ouch! Reason number 580 of why I don't build ship models :lol: . Did your client request a deck crew (yes, they make 1/350 scale figures!) or did you manage to avoid that torture?

Oh, and the F18... my favorite alarm clock! Back when I first moved to New Orleans, the jet jocks at Belle Chasse used to love to light up the afterburners right as they approached the river. Living near the river, I could just about count on being jolted out of bed nice and early on Sunday morning (Sunday being my only day off at the time) about once a month.
