Ah, I was backreading the Obitsu discussion thread on DoA and came across an example of an 07 on a 55 cm body. He belongs to MonochromeAgent.

Plus I also remembered a girl on the DD forum has an example as well. He belongs to Oni-chan.

Proportionally the 07 head seems fine to me, as long as he's not paired with smaller headed dolls. :)
