A) I don't wear jammies...only ratty old gowns that I sweat in because I still get night sweats with my menopause and B) even if I did wear jammies, it's too hot at work to wear a big nightgown or silly footies. (Yes, the two ladies who INSISTED on jammies are tall and thin. I am short and round.) So in revenge, I'm going to use Wilde Imagination's Evangeline Ghastly as a model and I'm making a satiny long gown in a black to red ombre colors, probably sleeveless and then over it I will have a lace robe that has a spider pattern all over it. It will be a simple wrap robe with longish sleeves. Then, if the underbust corset I ordered arrives in time, I will add some lace and roses to it and wear it over the robe.

I really wanted to have everyone choose a genre to represent so I could do Steampunk, but maybe next year.

Dude. That sucks. Pajamas is NOT a costume. Sounds like yours at least will be fun!

Not on the actual day of Halloween, but my friend and I plan to go to the Pumpkin Festival at a local farm.

It's pretty close to my work and one of the guys who works there told me they re-routed the hayride this year so people don't get a lovely view of the nearby landfill.
I have so many dolls that I can't fit all their names in my signature anymore. @__@

Wal-mart has a selection of Halloween themed clothes. I wear "pajamas" most of the time at home and just stocked up on long sleeved t-shirts and cotton pants with cats, bats, pumpkins, skeletons etc. Totally understand the hot flash thing.

I also have what I think are pajamas with dolls all over them. If you want to make something there's nesting doll fabric out them.

Two or so years ago, I'd put on a freaky old man mask and a loose coat and sort of slowly ambled up and down the street to freak out treak-or-treaters... It worked a little bit. xD I caused a group of kids to start slowing their walk and then nervously start to speedwalk up the street.

I might try that again this year if I'm not too tired or lazy to. xD Otherwise, buying large bags of chocolate candy and skimming through all the best horror movies on le tube. Or maybe take a creepy drive through the woods!

I have no plans. I've been meaning to make a Halloween costume for Amiga, but haven't gotten around to it yet. I might go to a party that one of my friends is hosting. I have the Slave Leia costume. I won't be chilly because I'm in Texas. :3

And that's double-time on Halloween! xD My mom likes to roll down the windows, then s-l-o-w-l-y drift the car down the road... then slow it to a stop and start talking really ominously about how it feels like the car's about to break down... Eh, well, if you never hear from me again after Oct. 31st.................

Jobee: It's already starting to feel like it's freezing around here!

Wear a tracking device! hahaha

It's cooling off here. I'm leaving the windows open and it's wonderful.

I've never been a Halloween person, but some of these things sound like fun!
Except for maybe going to the ear doctor....
