Today is the 7th anniversary of the day I married the most wonderful man in the world. A man who started out a friend, then a best friend and eventually became the love I never thought I'd know. Am I happy? Yeppers!

Mom came home from the hospital today. She tires easily, but otherwise, she's doing well. She still needs to go to chemo to get rid of the rest of the spots, but thankfully, she can do that locally.

I took a chance on buying a dress from the Franklin Mint Titanic Rose series off ebay and it fits my Deja Vu pretty well. Yays! Pictures to come.

My mom and I are officially graduated! Now just waiting for the paper to show up in the mail. XD And I start work at 7:30 am Monday. New Hire Orientation. Fun times. ^_^

My pay check from my graduate assistantship and my paycheck for the two operas I assistant costumed are both coming as soon as they clear at the bank. It's really really helpful that they are. I had to pay all the rent this month because my boyfriend is in between jobs since he moved here from Michigan.. He has a job interview on Tuesday so fingers crossed on that too! I also need to drive four and a half hours away to my job I'll have for the next month and a half.. without getting compensated for the move until my first pay check. The job comes with a really nice fully furnished apartment so I don't have to worry about where I'll live at least...
It was really good timing because I didn't know how I would be eating for a week.
