I wouldn't worry! I've only had one of my doll boxes tampered with (so to speak), and it was only opened by the Swedish customs office.
The only "injury" was the tape they had (neatly) wound a few times around the outer shipping box to secure it again, bearing "Checked by Swedish customs" and their wonderful ensign - a crowned shield emblazoned with a lion rampant guarding a closed portcullis. Man, I love heraldry. Now, where was I? Oh, right. Other than the tape, there was really no trace of any mischief at all - I doubt they even really dug around in it.
But of course this might be pointless for me to ramble about, since I guess most damage cases happen in transit, or by someone who isn't opening it for any official reason. But I still wouldn't worry, since (at least in my experience and from everything I've heard) having something arrive damaged (doll box or doll) is actually pretty rare, even more so than one might think (or at least more than I used to think).

But it feels pretty alarming that the dolls in the video were shipped in their "own" boxes with no more extra protection than the cushion. But maybe that's how BBB does it when several dolls are shipped together for the same order? Seems risky, considering how some logistics companies seem to treat people's goods

So anyway. What kind of doll is the one you already have? And what made you decide on the name for the one you're waiting for?
