well I finished the repair mods to the sd boy, and painted them white to make covering them up easier then the greenish gray they were when I was done, but I might wait to color match the mods as I think I might re-extend his neck as it had been carved shorter and I think it needs to be fixed too as its a little short. but he is coming along slowly but surely.

Been drawing again, and I still feel rusty, but what I want to know is what is it about some pictures that attracts people? Of the three I put up at the same time this one is more liked. I didn't even finish it because it was all about working the nose.

I'm officially gonna make my new little dollhouse for my Ai Doll, to be themed to the Borrowers/Secret World of Arriety. She will be a borrower, I just need to figure out her name now.

So far it is. I've found a lot of stuff I can use even found some mini dollhouse chairs I got from a flea market.

I got fed up with my sewings, so I did something else. Papercrafts!

Weapons made of paper (for my second girl), to be more exact.

Still WIP, but here they are:


At top three parts are going to be bow, under them is sword, and bottom three are arrows. I need to shape them a bit more, paint and maybe coat them with varnish.

Are you using any craft or flower wire inside them? That could help hold the shapes.

I've always been half wanting to get a paper bead kit, would be an interesting way to recycle unwanted drawings and writing, and other paper stuff.

Yeah, there is wire inside. And it really helps. But I think that the wallpaper paste I used to glue them together is diluted too thin, and that's why the paper starts peel off as they dry...
