Dollshe Saint Arrival [IMG Heavy -28 images]

I know this is very late in the coming. Thing is, I was going to post the pics last week before our trip to NJ-- but when I uploaded everything I noticed that in my madness, I had not taken ANY pictures of the face. =_= So.. This morning I took some pictures of the face as well as some posing and joint pictures that had been requested.

Please do not mind the bits of clutter. We are in the process of turning the office into half office, half baby room. ^__^





















































Very nice hands, though I am still considering jointed ones.



I really like how they did the ribs.

Congrats!!!! He's beautiful! And I'm always fascinated by the new Dollshe jointing system. HHow are you finding it? Easy to pose? Full of finger pinching scariness?

You know, I really like the front sculpting - and then you see the shoulder blades on the back and they seem to be like an afterthought almost. Very stylized and sort of unrealistic Looks like he'll have awesome poseability though.

arrowchild -- He took a lttle bit of getting used to, but only a few minutes really. After that he poses wonderfully right out of the box. I may still hot glue suede him here and there for extra stability though. And ohhhhhhh yes, I have pinched my fingers MANY times but it's SOOOO worth it.

Greyhaunt -- Yes, they are rather stylized, but I don't mind them too much, especially since he'll be clothed most of the time.

x0xPeachyx0x - Thank you very much. ^__^ I have not really used the joint in the neck/shoulder area, though I would imagine it would be great for achieving more hunched poses.

He looks as complicated to manage as a Domuya Flexi! I still like the looks of the older body, does he do the "praying mantis" arms? Or did they fix that with the fancy joints? I am curious as to his posability too! Let us know please! Enjoy your lovely boy. I bet he looks great in clothes that are semi-sheer - that would show the shoulder blades off well. You should try him in one of those Dollzone sleep kimono or sheer kimono.
