Nano Freya scale/proportion questions

Postby WhiteDove01s » Thu Oct 31, 2013 5:18 pm

I asked about this in the other Nano Freya thread but no responses. I don't want to buy one until I'm sure of this (It's a lot of money for me), and I don't want to miss out on them from waiting too long either, so I thought I'd just make a thread to ask...

Can anyone show me a picture or pictures with a Nano Freya next to an average proportioned non-anthro 1/6 scale figure like a Barbie or Obitsu? I want to see how the proportions look before I get one and make sure the Freya's head won't look abnormally big next to 1/6 scale figures. I just really need a visual reference here.

had to dig some out of boxes, but here's the bit of comparison i could give you.

Image
from l-r: hujoo freyr, the mini freya, a monster high doll, and a gi-joe size male.

the head might look bobbly compared to a barbie or obitsu, i don't have one to compare to in access.
that being said, young animals tend to have disproportionately large heads and feet to their bodies to make them look "cuter" so it wouldn't be totally unnatural for some bobblyness to exist.

Thank you so much! I was hoping the proportions wouldn't be too odd to look like a little were-cat toddler (well, actually, a half-shapeshifted Bake Neko, but that's a long story) when sitting next to the rest of my dolls. and it does look like a Nano Freya will be purrrr-fect. :)

Now to squeeze a Junkyspot order out of the Theater budget...
