Hi everybody

Im really excited about joining this forum, Im a newbie to BJD's and I have just purchased my first, the beautiful Resinsoul Mei I loved her straight away.

I ordered her in normal skin and on a Rong double jointed body so shes more pose able as I want her to help me with my drawings, Im an artist/Illustrator and it can be hard when looking for reference to find the pose I want so Mei can be my model Ive been buying clothes for her and ive got her a lovely wig too its really exciting.

Shes due here sometime in November but even then I wont be able to open her as she is for my Christmas present so I cant open her until then which is gonna be torture! I just know tht because of her Christmas is gonna be awesome and its really revived my Christmas spirit I feel like a child again excited to open tht doll ive always wanted on Christmas morning lol. As she is my first BJD shell always be special to me and I CANT WAIT TO GET HER!!

Thank you for letting me join your community Ive been driving my friends and fam crazy about BJD's as its not their thing but now I can talk to others that love BJD'S too!

Welcome to your new obsession! You can torture yourself further by getting all her accessories ready. She probably going to need that perfect wig, eyes of an appropriate color (lots of new dolls come with "random" color eyes), and of course clothes. Lots and lots of clothes! You can probably find her measurements on the manufacturer's site. You got a little under two months to get shopping (or sewing) so she doesn't have to sit naked and bald for months. Dolls hate that. And the bigger they are the more they hate it.

Oh yes ive been buying her clothes a wig and gotten her some underwear too ive also requested the colour i want the defult eyes to be so she'll be having lovely blue eyes I also wanna get her some purple ones and another wig too. Theres no way she'll be sitting naked and bald lol
