I got in on the tail end of a group order hosted by someone in my area, and got a very good price on a Mirodoll tan skin small bust SD girl body.

Stands well


Sits more easily then my ResinSoul


Twists nicely


Then I figured out that the head I wanted to use with it would not work, so I ordered a head (still inexpensive) - sculpt #5 - and had a friend of mine do the faceup. Another friend made the lovely necklace, and I made the dress. I still have to blush her body - my face-up-friend decided that a nice warm brown was enough to warm up the somewhat papery Mirodoll tan.





So, just because we hardly ever see Mirodoll sculpts with faceups, don't be afraid! This sculpt, at least, is nice!

It is the "Girl head 05"
03 is elf ears, 04 has an enormous forehead, 06 was rather square. 5 looked best proportioned to me.

She's lovely! I love her expression and her wig is perfect for her! And your dress is beautiful!!


Only thing is---she's the 'Wind' sculpt 04 head, not the 05.

FYI, the girl # 5 sculpt was actually named "Annie" at Mirodoll. At one point when you'd r click and save the head pic of her it was labeled that so I am assuming that was her name before they decided to go with numbers. That's why my green girl is Aine. Aine is Irish for Anne. I like that smaller breasted body a lot. The dolls I have I love but they are admittedly a bit top heavy and I think it keeps them from standing/sitting as well as they could.

WOW You're right! We've been after Miro to name their sculpts so it's easier to remember and I guess they finally did it! It's only been numbers since they started! (Apart from Wind, William, Wallace, Thunder and Lightning)

Now I see Boy 02 is 'Rain' and Girl 06 is 'Cherry' and Girl 04 is 'Wingy' or 'Wind' and like you said, Girl 05 is 'Annie!' And the 1/4 heads Boy07 is 'Leo' and 'Lily' is Girl09'.

Well, well, well. Interesting. My order confirmation states 5. I like this one so I won't kick.
The sculpts on the heads-only page remain generally unnamed.
I turned her over right away for her faceup and frankly did not notice the mistake. As long as there are no elf ears I'm happy!

Thank you! I dithered between this wig and the "Roxy" wig, also by Monique. I'm soooo tired of long wigs, too much work!
