They are supposed to be making the small bust for the Dollfie Dream as an option part from Volks soon if they haven't already...that may help you out. I know before now it has only been available on character dolls.

Hmmm, well that kind of dispatches my curiousity about using the DDII waist on my 50cm.. Though I am still curious about a DDII bust (http://www.volksusa.com/ddop0001.html) on the 50cm.
