Projects: In Progess or Ideas? What'choo Workin' On?

Okay, not as awesome as some stuff here, but I finally had time to learn how to knit, and I am officially a knitting machine.
Within the past week I've made three doll scarves in different patterns and am now half way through a human sized one. I wasn't planning a human sized one, but a friend unexpected gave me a couple of balls of very nice yarn over the weekend. Baby alpaca wool...so soft!

For some odd reason, finishing a knitting project makes me feel like I rule the world. I am unstoppable! (at least until I run out of yarn.)

My next plan is to find a very simple hat pattern and try my had at some doll hats.

My motivation has been missing in action lately, but I found my old fabric paints while searching for something completely unrelated so I went and pimped some of the basics I made a while ago:

I've just signed up for a contest thru a FB group to make a doll outfit. They are calling it the 'Chopped Runway.' I have to make a outfit from some fabrics and notions that will be sent to me in a couple weeks. I won't know the theme til I get the package in the mail and I will have 4 weeks to make it. Must fit one of my Tonner dolls. I have three sizes of Tonners, so I will have some choice at least. I think I'm getting crazy in my old age LOL! (I just hate deadlines!)

Meantime I finally have all the fabrics I needed to cut out three coordinating outfits for my 3 Ellowynes. They will be corset tops with fluffy skirts.

That contest sounds like fun, good luck with it! (I can't stand deadlines either, I can finish projects in pretty short time just fine but put a deadline in front of me and my brain will go into cat mode - fuzzy, useless and making random and mostly unrelated noises ...)

I might run out of dolls before I run out of hair. No more bald faceless elf eared Noixbitsu, she just can't decide between the oyster shell, stormy sky grey, or a pink.

Now I just have to figure out what color I want to paint the glass sides. I figure something distressed would work. Then my little Nerine will have her own garden. I think she and Queen Seren could have a tea party in there. I just need a little table and chair set.
