My SDGr FCS boy!

Postby Aoibara » Mon Jul 01, 2013 1:01 pm

Hi comrades, I feel really less nervous now thanks to all the warm welcome messages. <3

Anyways, since I am sorta bored out, I am gonna set up some pics of my SDGr FCS boy Charles! He is a F-31 head, and make up is done by Volks FCS artists. I ordered him at Kyoto's Tenshi no Sato last summer and picked him up this Spring when I came back to Japan to take care of family.

(Note: This is a real piano. I do play the piano, but I am horrible at it.)

~Profile~
Full name: Charles Goldbread (His name is supposed to be pronounced in the French way of reading “Charles” (It sounds like sharl), but in the story, he is often referred by the English pronunciation of the name by his friends and classmates, so he goes by the English pronunciation.)
Character age: 14
Character DOB: March 24th 1998
Nationality: French American
Likes: Cats (Has a cat of his own, and he even has a kitty back pack and a cat umbrella), playing the piano, singing,
Dislikes: Incredibly loud places, tripping over (He is slightly physically frail; in the worst case, he might break a bone, which happened to him once when he fell down the stairs so the idea of tripping over scares him.), losing a parent (He is slightly scarred from the death of his father, though the thought have lightened up since he has a friend whose mother died from breast cancer, so he knows he isn't alone.)
Favorite food: Macaron
Favorite character: Bumblebee from Transformers (Has alot of Bumblebee merchandise, from the vintage transforming cars handed down from his older cousin to stationary, along with his kitty collection)
Relations with other dolls: Custom DD DDH-03 Hizuru (Older sister figure)

Other description: Charles is a nonchalant and emotionless monsieur…Or so it seems. If you provoke Charles, which is very easy to do, his emotions burst like a massive bomb. If you show him a funny Youtube video, he will burst out laughing uncontrollably, if you tell him a very sad story, he will start bursting into tears, if you scare the heck out of him, he will run away screaming! Charles almost never exploded in anger since he is so calm when he is not provoked. Despite his bizarre personality, he is a likable boy and is actually very gentle towards people.

Oh, I do have an original drawing of him, so ask me if you wanna see it! :)

He looks so lovely! I don't know how you could have stood waiting for almost a whole year before you could pick him up! The mini bumblebee toy is so adorable too! And his hands are just so cute and curved they really do make him look like he is playing the piano! :D
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.
