I wanna cry. I spent my whole day on it and this is what I got. *curls up in the fetal position*

Don't feel bad! Practice, practice, practice! It'll be okay :D

I'd make you food, but you have to take in account I'm a rather big fan of the new hannibal series.

If anyone gets in to those Japanese (or translated to Chinese) 100 crochet motif edging braid books LMK. Or if anyone knows where I can find them for a bit more reasonable that most sellers offer them for.

A little practice and I've gotten smaller and smaller with the steel hooks but some times I wonder if the full sets of even and odd would have taken up less space then the interchangeable heads one. Oh well. It'll still result in a new Monster dress.

thanks to those with kind words of support a few weeks ago! I've been lurking, but with the end of the year/my trip to Florida looming next week I've been running around like wild! lol.

Still no word on a full-time job for me. I'm gonna keep plugging along at it. Funny, my "dream" job just came up today - not just high school, but the high school I went to, working under my absolute favorite teacher from high school, etc. I actually applied there last year and interviewed, but I didn't have my license in my hand yet at that point. Now, however, I have that and a year's worth of experience under me, so I'm at least optimistic.

It's not Pixia but I know of what you talk of. Either way there are still some books I would like to get my hands on.

Just wanted to share a photo of my new girl before leaving for holiday. I will upload her box opening when I return home (so probably mid-July). So, meet Miyuki - Obitsu 50cm body and Volks Dollfie Dream 3rd head. :)

I've been thinking a lot about my dolls and their relationships with their parents. A majority of their parents are dead. Lafayette's parents were killed in a carriage accident, Egon's parents killed each other when the virus the humans released upon the technomancers took over them, Cailyn straight up beat his parents to death using a fire place poker, Lee's father was murdered by a rival gang, and Roys mom ate the poisoned food she had made for him and his siblings. The only ones with still living parents are either estranged (Connor), hardly ever speak to them (Tetty), well that's not really true... Usagi had a great relationship with his parents and the rest of his family, but then again, I haven't really finished his backstory. But I'm not planning on killing off or taking away his parents. He's still being worked on my little bunny.
