Did you look in the crafts area near the paints and shirts

Little specialty stores like Hot Topic and Spencers usually sell tattoos. So does Claire's Boutique.

Assuming you live anywhere in the US, of course. Dunno about anywhere else.

Pondering thinning out my 1/6ers... I haven't really had a chance to pull them out since I got home, so I dunno and it's really just kind of an itch in the back of my mind.
Though every time I've gotten in this mindset before I usually just end up pulling apart characters I no longer feel any attachment to and reintegrate their parts into the doll-making bin, which really doesn't help to make a dent in my whole "I need more space augh" problem.
*bellyflop* I don't know, I don't know...

Maybe I'll scrap the 1/6th dollhouse project and thin out my props instead...

I've applied for nearly twenty full-time teaching positions now (that's not even an exaggeration) and I know that secondary school positions tend to not look at resumes until July, but I'm starting to get antsy, especially because there's an anticipated opening in my district, and it may even be at the school I'm at now, and it's the position I really want, but I've heard nothing since I applied. Ugh. I just want some leds.

Sadly, none of those are close to us.

I know exactly how you feel. I've been applying like crazy this season. I've been without a teaching job for over a year. I desperately want to be back in the classroom. I hate the way electronic resumes go now a days. I would love to be able to hand one to a principal, but that's not going to happen. I really hope you get the position you want. It's a tough market for teachers, no matter where you teach, but we'll make it.

Electronic or online applications suck! They take away the personal aspect and reduce people to categories and numbers. And they don't work properly even at that. I was denied a job at Home Depot because they didn't think I had the customer services skills they were looking for - when I worked for a fortune 100 company IN customer service for 12 years and in retail for 8 on top of that! What kind of customer service skills were they looking for?
