Hugs to all who need them!

Ev, she'll likely come back by herself if she can smell her way back to where she belongs. Can you put something she'll recognize close to your door, a blanket she sleeps on or anything with her scent on it? My Nala went missing for a while last year and I ended up finding her on the staircase, she must have re-traced her way ... she only went up to the point where we had set her down, we had carried them down the first flight of steps and she stopped as soon as she lost the scent.
(Mine are indoor cats too, we only took them out on a leash for a test run once and it didn't go well at all, Nala freed herself and ran off and Carter had to be dragged back inside by the leash because he was too panicked to walk and started clawing at us when we tried picking him up ...)

Minor suck for me today: an ebay buy was found to be damaged and buyer is being an a** about it. He didn't mention the damage in his description...said it was clearly shown in the picture. What? I was supposed to see a blown out seam in a tiny 2" square pic of three doll shirts? I probably won't get the minor price adjustment I asked for and I hate to leave bad feedback, but I will at the very least leave a neutral to show my displeasure with the butthead's attitude.

Thanks for the moral support guys. Today I was called by Amivedi, a Dutch online service for lost and found pets; someone had possibly found Mila. On the pics it looked a lot like her, but once I got there it clearly wasn't Mila. I'm glad they were very sweet people and they weren't freaked out when I burst out in tears in their living room :'(
