you might be better off just putting tyvek over the whole thing for now then. I don't think its terribly expensive, but it might be worth not having drip pans everywhere.

Anxiety just hit me like a bag of bricks. I'm moving to Tennessee shortly where I know one person that lives several hours away.... so I will be totally alone. And I still need to get the apartment situation figured out.
And I need to figure out how to prove that I got the chicken pox as a kid. I didn't go to the doctors so there's no documentation. I don't have a doctor right now so I don't have anywhere I can go to really get it figured out quickly. I need to start going around and begging for help because I can't register as a full time student until I can prove I have had the fricking chicken pox...

I'd be hard pressed to prove I had the chicken pox as a child either - we just didn't go to the doctor back then unless it was really serious. Is getting the vaccine an option?

I got the chicken pox before the vaccine was even in the US and my family has never been for going to the doctor unless it was something extremely severe too. I don't think I am suppose to get one after having had the chicken pox.
From my understanding, I need to get blood work done.

You might have some scars left over, when I used to get out in the sun I would have white marks on my arms. Is there a test you can take to show up positive for having the virus?

And I further the tarp on the roof. We were in a similar situation and the only way we got anything remotely done was because our rental assistance program had inspections and they wouldn't pay unless the place was remotely habitable. If you can take home video of the leaks too.

I never had the chicken pox vaccine either, I had it when I was like in second grade, and I don't think the vaccine was common until a few years later.

They do seem to have a test, DollyKim.. I just have to find someone that can do it. I know the walk-in clinic here doesn't do the shots, but they might be able to do the test.. so I am going to call them.

I'm going there for my graduate degree, Trethowan. At the University of Memphis. The only person I know in Tennessee lives on the far east side of the state too. it bums me out.
