He also got me an SD card reader for it, too. This is SO much better than a laptop (and less expensive).

What finally sold me on the iPad was how many apps it can share with the Mac. I armed mine with a good pdf reader that handles saved web pages, Pages for writing, and which paid e-reader I wanted although you can get many old books free. One of the best things about it is having pictures of things you already have, like beads or fabric, so you don't buy doubles or can look for coordinates at the store.

I've been an Apple user since 1985, so Apple didn't have to sell me anything. :D :D :D (I'm dating myself.) I mostly use mine for photography and a diary. I kept my old, broken iPod just so I can have 32 gigs of music.

Finally caught up on all my doll forums, took new photos, and shook off some depression after leaving my job, and then finding another one, and getting a concussion, more dolls, and going to an anime convention.

Life is back in order. BRING ON THE DOLLS.
A hobby isn't supposed to leave you wistful, regretful and vaguely disappointed. BJD collecting is as customizable as the dolls themselves. Do whatever pleases you the most, because otherwise, why do it at all? All for the 'Gram Bitches love the 'Gram.

I signed myself for VSP vision insurance! The doctor I've gone to since the fourth grade takes them. Once the cards and all come in I'm going to call for an appointment, and then I will have NEW GLASSES!

I'm gonna get Transitions, and scratch resistance, the works. I have a tax refund and I'm not afraid to use it. >:D

The last time I tried to get glasses, over a year ago, I went through a three month ordeal with America's "Best" that ended with me returning them. It was awful. I don't know if the exam was no good or they just didn't know what to do with an astigmatism as bad as mine, but this time I am going to my old doctor who I have always has good glasses from, and I am going to be able to SEE! Best birthday present to myself ever (even though it's not my birthday yet and I probably won't get the finished glasses until well after. Totally counts.)
Ryo - DIM Real (NS)
Ariel - BBB Sprite (Blue)
Peaseblossom - BBB Ariel (Lilac)
Bast - Fairyland MNF Woosoo Vamp (WS)
Bernadette - Hujoo Berry (Apricot)
Mustardseed - Realpuki Tyni (NS)
Dove - BBB Pixie (Chocolate)
Loki - Hujoo Jake
Monster High Toralei
Monster High Clawd Wolf
Perneth - RS Pixiu (Sky Blue)

I just got my final grades. Finished with a 3.8 GPA. I'll take it.

...But what made my day is a picture on a bjd facebook group someone felt the need to share with me...
